1) So President Zuma is telling the Court that he WILL appoint commission of inquiry into #StateCapture.
2) BUT he asks that PP investigate alleged breaches by himself of the Executive Members Ethics Act.
3) So President Zuma's alleged misconduct would be excluded from investigation by Commission of Inquiry if his request is granted.
4) Excluded would be investigations about his alleged involvement in allowing Guptas to influence removal of Minister of Finance.
4) Also excluded would be investigation of whether he allowed his son and Guptas to be involved in appointment of SOE Board Members.
5) President is telling court he will appoint Commission of Inquiry into #StateCapture but should not investigate his own involvement in it.
