When Jane Doe, a 17-year-old unaccompanied minor needed an abortion, Rep. King wanted it denied because of her immigration status.

Rep. King has cheered (with a beer!) the deportation of young people. You know, those former fetuses he tries to save.

So pro-life.

In fairness, many Republicans like comparing abortion to slavery. Which is fascinating since they don’t know what the Civil War was about.

Denying people of color their bodily autonomy is core to white supremacy. That’s why abortion is their number one target.

The ability for people of color to decide our own futures, and if, when, and how to become a parent is crucial to ending white supremacy.

This is why abortion access, contraception, voting rights, freedom of speech & assembly, & other basic rights are being destroyed right now.

I’ll be at the hearing today because fuck this. White supremacy is going down.
