Let me show u how the CBI has been used as a puppet of the Modi govt in the #Ryan #PradyumnMurderCase only and only to divert the media from the debates of #DeMoDisaster . #thread :

1. The CBI has NO evidence that the 11th std boy went into the toilet before the murder of #Pradyumn. They base their case on the "fact" that the 11th grade boy saw the body & told the school staff about it . N

2. With no evidence to show the 11th grade boy was in the toilet before #Pradyumn came , the case by the CBI rests on the murder weapon. The CBI has still not determined where the boy got the weapon from ! N

3. Remember the murder weapon was not found on the 11th grade boy but in the toilet. With so far no evidence linking the boy to the weapon , the case falls flat. Also there is no blood stains on the accused . N

4 With no blood stains or any other dna evidence of #Pradyumn on the accused or even of the accused on the victim #Pradyumn -how does one prove that the 11th grade #Ryan school student killed #Pradyumn ? N

5. The CBI case rests on the confession of the student . But confession before police is NOT admissible in court.
Even the bus conductor had confessed to the Haryana police !
It means Nothing. N

6. The CBI says the 11th grade student wanted to postpone the exam or PTA meet.
How did he know the murder will lead to all the parents reacting the way they did & forcing the school to close ! N

7. How did the 11th grade student know just one boy will come into the toilet at that time . It could easily have been a few boys or a group. How did he know NO one would enter while he murdered #Pradyumn . N

8. The CBI says the boy never suffered from depression or anger . Just to postpone a PTA meet could he not have devised another plan for eg hurting himself ? Why would he kill , hoping no one caught him & school is canned ! N

9. If the boy is guilty why have the poor bus driver or conductor still in jail? Why has the Haryana CM not acted on the cops in his state & suspended them ? What happens to the dignity of that poor man who was termed as a child sexual predator. N

10 . Without any evidence to nail this boy , was it then a coincidence that CBI declared him as the culprit on the day of #DeMonetisation anniversary & most media channels dropped the debate & coverage on it ? Think about it !! End
