Thanks for the excellent question. This was something I was very curious about, because not only do they know how to spot each other, they also seem to know how to spot people like me, and I had a hard time figuring out how.

Mainly, they have handshakes and hand signals that will let another cult member know that a person is also a member. They also wear certain occult symbols on their jewelry and clothing. Depending on which part of the cult you are in, the signals and symbols may change.

Many have tattoos with ancient Egyptian. Phoenician, Wiccan, Viking/Nordic, or Runic symbols - any occult symbols or things associated with the Temple and Seals of Solomon are also common. They love symbolism and #EsotericWisdom - things with ancient and hidden meaning.

Often times those who are truly Satanic (as opposed to Luciferian or Masonic) will wear a lot of Black to absorb/block negative energy. They also wear a lot of red (blood). They may also accessorize with many other kinds of symbols associated with Satanism (moon, owl, raven, etc)

There are also certain phrases they use to recognize each other. Masons say "I see you've been traveling some" among others. Women in the "Order of the Eastern Star" put one finger to their lips in a Shhh motion and like to say "It's not a secret, it's just none of your business"

You can also recognize them through behavior. They use Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques, for example. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuro-lin… They also use other methods of mind control, like double speak, word salad, logical fallacies, gas-lighting, baiting, combativeness, pushiness, etc

They also do a lot of reversals, talking or moving very fast and then slow and alternating between the two quickly, or paying compliments in the same breath as an insult, or alternating between praise and criticism in rapid succession. This creates confusion in the listener.

They same some truths mixed with some lies, so you can't just disagree with them. Then they pick on you for pointing out the lies by re-emphasizing the partial truths in what they said. Or they deny they said things they absolutely did say. Again, this is to confuse the listener.

They use other psychopathic relational techniques like love bombing, gift giving early on, lightening fast attachment and over-familiarity too quickly. If you feel like someone is coming on too strong, you might be dealing with one of them. They create chaos in interactions.

They love to argue and agitate others - anything that stirs up negative energy is what they aim for. They also try to lower your self worth subtly, so beware anyone who makes you feel off or bad when you're around them. TRUST YOUR GUT!

Some use more subtle control tactics, like talking very quietly and getting too close to you in conversation (this makes them come off as meek/nice but it's actually a dominance tactic to invade your space and throw you off)

They are not transparent and may make you feel like you can't quite figure them out. They will talk a lot without saying much, and you may feel like they are oversharing with you, but really they are being very cryptic and not giving you much insight into who they really are.

Many of them are atheist and/or wiccan, but it would be a mistake to think that someone is NOT one of them simply because they profess to be Christian or Muslim or Bahai or any other religion. They hide in EVERYTHING. Ultimately, they are all Luciferian if not Satanic.

They may have many friends, but they are not a very good friend, and their relationships though many are shallow and maybe transient. They don't hold close bonds well outside the cult. And the cult bonds are based on oaths and rules, not mutual interest or care in one another.

You can learn more about their personality types by researching Psychopathy, Sociopathy, & especially Narcissism. Jackson MacKenzie's book "Psychopath Free" was very helpful for me & also quite funny. He breaks down the tactics and even provides examples of how to combat them.

Also, if anyone identifies themselves as a "Wizard" or a "Hypnotist" RUN.

I'm not automatically against Witches/Warlocks/Wiccans. Many people practice this kind of thing without being cult affiliated. However, I would proceed with caution with any person who is into the Occult in any way, especially if they display sociopathic or narcissistic qualities

Likewise, if someone identifies themselves as a Freemason, they are likely cult affiliated, even if they don't know it themselves. A low level mason is potentially an okay person, but any high level mason has commitred child rape and sacrifice to gain that position.
