5/. As for #widows, who are already marginalized in India, #Aadhaar is a nightmare. Hundreds of widows, many elderly have been deprived of their pension or food ration because their Biometrics don't register or has been intercepted by someone. Now there are reports of deaths!

7/. The govt uses poor, elderly widows as bait to advertise the system of cash withdrawal from bank a/cs linked to #Aadhaar which is very unsafe! Urban Indians refuse because we are educated & know. But who'll save the illiterate, poor village women from #cybercrimes?
