6. We fund the #BBC. It's supposed to educate and serve the ‘public interest’ so why are all the people who run the BBC corporate puppets, for the likes of EDF, Barclays, HSBC and BAE Systems? In whose interests are they acting?

7. Why has print media dominated by Rupert Murdoch, Paul Dacre & the Barclays Brothers been allowed to set a right wing, neoliberal, anti-environment, anti -Europe, anti-worker agenda for so long in Britain? Where is the regulator?

10. We can’t talk about Brexit, or #BluePassports without talking about the years of open-door #BBC access for Farage & UKIP to spread disinformation on the EU, immigration #NHS and welfare state.

14. The #Brexit campaign was fought on the back of decades of lies. The Remain side started from an obvious disadvantage. But @David_Cameron, himself a PR man, must have known this when he called the EU Referendum.

15. Let’s not forget how close @David_Cameron was to Rebecca Brooks and Rupert Murdoch. And lets not forget what Murdoch said about his lobbying impact in Brussels and no.10 Downing St.

16. Truth is, the average person who voted for #Brexit is going to lose out financially. Power ultimately does not lie in Brussels as Brexiteer’s would have you believe. It lies in the Corporations, Banks, and City of London which have held UK democracy hostage for decades.

17. So next time the right wing press throw you a click bait non-story like #BluePassports, ask yourself in whose interests that media outlet operate, and what stories they might be trying to hide...
