1. Those who follow my work know I believe that the Trump candidacy and win was orchestrated through a combined effort of the alt-Right and Russia. Further I believe it was planned for Bannon to turn on DT and Pied-Pieper away with the "true" deplorables after wrecking the GOP.

2. What I do find myself wondering is how Bannon and Mercer planned to avoid legal scrutiny in the event of an investigation like Mueller's -which I've little doubt they would have anticipated, perhaps even counted on as it creates more chaos and division.

3. It's worth noting that though Mueller has interviewed Lewandowski, Manafort, even Hicks...Bannon, Mercer and Conway are conspicuously absent from the investigation so far (at least publicly). In fact, interest in Cambridge Analytica has been surprisingly minimal.

4. Possible reasons for this could be that Bannon is a target of sorts himself, Bannon has already testified (or agreed to testify)...or that Mueller sees the bigger picture, but knows not all players in this drama are prosecutable. Sadly, I think the latter is more likely.

5. For lack of better terms, think of it like "kingpins" and "stooges". The kingpins had the vision, the relationships, even brokered communication, but would have made sure the stooges were the ones who got their hands dirty, wittingly or not.

6. I find myself musing about this because there are two very disturbing ideas lurking under the surface. One - clearly DT himself is a stooge (useful puppet) and quite likely expendable in the greater scheme of things -both to the Russians and the alt-Right.

7. But, he is by no means benign. Quite the opposite. Everyday DT is in office more damage is done to our country. This 'puppet' has a great deal of power and is actually not that easily controlled. The sick reality is that the American people are simply collateral damage.

8. The goal of both the alt-Right and Russia was destabilization. Instill doubt in our Democracy. Create division and chaos. Subvert attention. Destroy the 'establishment'...leave us vulnerable. It matters little that both groups probably differ in their view of the next step.

9. The other disturbing truth is that the 'kingpins' in this scenario will probably not be held accountable. The Oligarchs, American billionaires, RU deep state agents and alt-Right leaders who set this plan rolling in the shadows and overseas will likely never be prosecuted.

10. As #TheResistance we will do everything we can do get the most justice we can, get DT out of office, flip Congress and reverse the damage of this horrible nightmare, but we are not unscathed. As a people, we are changed by this and must forever remain vigilant and #woke.
