It appears as though the blame for the false missile alert lies with the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency (EMA). Either the alert was accidental and innocuous as claimed, or it was intentional and for a purpose. Let's examine...

Who was responsible, how it came to occur (by human or technical error), and what measures need to be taken to prevent it from happening again will need to be examined, regardless of intent.

If accidental, oversight steps will need to be taken by Congress to ensure states have safeguards in place to prevent such wanton recklessness in creating a widespread public panic.

If intentional, however, it takes on a whole new dimension of why did it happen? Until fully investigated, we can only speculate. Here's what we know of recent circumstances surrounding Uranium One, the OIG investigation, and the Storm.

Jan. 2 – President Trump tweeted about Huma's mishandling of classified material that was discovered independently by NYPD during their investigation of her now convicted pedophile pervert husband, former Congressman Anthony Weiner (D-NY).

Based on outside factors brewing in the Storm and the coincidental timing of Huma's non-divorce settlement & "vacation", my intuition tells me the Hawaii missile alert was probably connected to her (and which deleted Uranium One emails she may have).

Theory: Extraction. Huma is a true Clinton team player, but probably has an insurance policy to protect her from Arkancide; i.e. a "dead man's switch" to release damning evidence in the event of her untimely death. Uranium One emails – or worse.

The cabal is facing a quandary with how to save its critical assets that know too much (but who have insurance policies of their own) from being cornered, wrangled and flipped by law enforcement and U.S. Attorneys.

With U.S. Marshals watching/guarding Huma to prevent her from fleeing the country after surrendering her passport, Hawaii was chosen as the extraction point given its remote location.

What's the best way to clear out a building and distract from a simultaneous operation going on inside? Pull the fire alarm. What if an ICBM alert was a statewide "fire alarm" designed to distract all levels of law enforcement from an attempted extraction operation of Huma?

A false missile alert is supposed to send everyone scrambling for cover; the ultimate magician slight of hand for an extraction team to move in, secure the target, and get Huma out out the country safely.

I sense a cornered animal desperately trying to escape the claws of justice and an equally scared Deep State flexing their remaining muscle to make the attempt. Hopefully Huma's still safe & sound in Hawaii under the watchful gaze of U.S. Marshals, ready to be squeezed for info.

Huma is between a rock (Trump, justice) and a hard place (Clinton, death). Should have thought of that before embarking on a life of crime and corruption.

An excellent catch that I missed is the choice of Four Seasons hotel in Hawaii, which is connected to Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal who was recently arrested in the corruption roundup in Saudi Arabia (not long after the Vegas massacre, coincidentally).

Just speculative conjecture on my part in the hours afterwards based on who else I knew was in Hawaii at the time. Take it with a grain of salt folks.
