Glenn Simpson & his Fusion GPS team suddenly changed the narrative a few weeks ago, began using their media allies to desperately begin selling a new story that the #SteeleDossier was *NOT* used in any way shape or form for any FISA warrant/s.

We got the comical claim that the actual trigger for the FBI's investigation into Trump/Russia collusion was....Papadopolous having a drunk chat in a bar. They've been pushing that relentlessly for several weeks now.

Earlier, 1 of the Reps. that's read the memo made the statement it will absolutely destroy the new 'Papadopoulos narrative' that Fusion has been using it's media allies to pimp.

I believe that this #FisaAbuseMemo contains evidence that:
1) #SteeleDossier *WAS* used to get FISA warrant/s
2) FBI/DOJ officials KNEW it came from #FusionGPS & it was funded by the HRC campaign/DNC
3) These officials LIED to the FISA court, claiming it was US intel product.

4) Allegations in the dossier that the FBI/DOJ proffered to the FISA court as VERIFIED US intelligence was in fact *unverified* and unproven.

These are SERIOUS crimes, to so vastly misrepresent something to the FISA Court to get surveillance approved on US citizens.

And finally, the last point I think the #FisaAbuseMemo will prove, when it's made public, as it will be:

5) Surveillance of Trump campaign/transition team members went FAR beyond the scope of the FISA warrant the DOJ/FBI was granted.

Remember a FISA Court warrant is only for surveilling/monitoring communications involving foreign intelligence gathering.

If there IS no foreign person or subject under discussion in the surveillance, then that communication can't be used.

Back in his March 2017 press conference, Devin Nunes clearly said he was shown unmasked intel intercepts of communications between Trump *transition* team members.

Nunes was a member of the Trump Transition Team.

The Trump transition team was in operation only following the Election, from Nov. 8 2016 until Jan. 20th, 2017, a period of < 3 months.

Nunes said the intercepted communications of Trump transition team members he was shown, there were NO foreign intel issues being discussed, like Russia.

It was domestic POLITICAL transition stuff being discussed.

In other words, stuff FAR OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF A FISA WARRANT

So what this memo shows is that the DOJ/FBI plotters used this FISA warrant that they LIED to the court in order to obtain only as an excuse to get their foot in the door.

Then they expanded their surveillance of Trump' team FAR beyond the warrant.

As I said the other day, when the FISA warrant is produced, and it's show that the names of numerous Trump campaign/transition team members are NOT contained in that warrant BUT their communications were intercepted, unmasked & distributed widely ANYWAY = #WorseThanWatergate

Rep. @MattGaetz is correct. People don't just get FIRED for these kind of massive abuses of federal power. They get PROSECUTED. People will go to prison.
