Gonna do some Catholic blackpill tweeting re the abortion issue.
The modern Church, of course, is not serious about ending abortion. Even with the weak modern Church, they could end it this year if they wanted
Abortion is the one issue that links sincere Catholics with "decent folk" who realize, at least, that large fetuses are actually human
It's a great marketing tool: a bunch of young, attractive people on the Mall, participating in the "democratic process"
But the #marchforlife is basically irrelevant. The media are right not to cover it. It's embarrassing, actually.
Roe and Casey are not "wrong," they're illegal. They prove the entire constitutional system is a sham. Their very existence proves protest is futile
The institutional Church knows this. The Church does not care. They benefit too much from the fraud of the liberal state
The immigration issue alone is enough to prove this. It's impossible for a man of good sense and good will to know the voting habits of immigrants and still support further immigration
But the Church entered into a Faustian bargain in 1973, and abortion was part of the deal. The darkest patch of the "smoke of Satan" Paul VI talked about
JUST IMAGINE--instead of smashing communion rails, unlearning Latin, losing parishioners, American Catholics had actually *fought back* in 1973
I believe this could have actually happened. There was a potential for counterrevolution at the time, and Roe would've been the perfect shots-fired to begin it
But no, the Church preferred to go ahead with its modernization rather than focusing its attention on the slaughter it was allowing by omission. This is what liberalism is about--reforming for the hell of it, fatalities be damned.
REMEMBER when you go to a Novus Ordo: This was bought at the price of Roe v. Wade. To actually muster forces to oppose the Court in 1973, they would've had to have to foster orthodox Catholics. THEY CHOSE NOT TO.
The acoustic guitars at mass, communion in the hand, desecration of the liturgy--behind them are the corpses of tens of millions babies. This is what Satan took when the Church was immolating itself
And the Church can't actually seriously oppose abortion now because it is too weak to ask for martyrs. And an America without contraceptives and abortion is one which will quickly fall into chaos. The liberal state can't function without abortion
And a Church without martyrs is a fraud church, one committed to empty philosophy and virtue-signaling, yet nothing more
It's easy to get cutie-patootie college students to travel to DC, see the sights, get photographed, etc. Ask them to actually start a family before the age of 25? Get outta here!
As evil as it is, abortion is a secondary issue, and effect and not a cause of our plight. The Church would actually have to oppose feminism to end abortion. The Church would have to get serious about contraceptives. They won't do this.
And you know what? In non-numinous terms, abortion is a GOOD THING. It frees up the resources of the state for taxpayers. Ya know eskimos and their ice floes? That's what abortion is
In very concrete terms, the abortion regime is now so essential to the liberal state, that someone's gotta be a martyr--either the babies or us. Most, including most "decent people" naturally prefer the "not me" option. Thus the babies get killed
The modern Church believes it can operate apart from the holy, apart from the sacred, apart from the numinous. It can't, because you can't have martyrs apart from these things. And ending the flow of babies' blood requires the blood of Catholics.
Facebook now offers #marchforlife profile picture frame. What better proof that it poses no threat to the powers that be?
If you don't hate your own life more than you hate the abortion regime, nothing will change--nothing can change. That's what I've learned about the #marchforlife

People are mistaken to say today portends the collapse of the Church in America. That came with Vatican II. What we learned today is that the bishops can no longer keep the corpse moving (which is what the abuse coverup was)
There are some heinously evil bishops, yes. But most of them are just administrators given the impossible task of keeping the Novus Ordo Church afloat. They're still evil, but in a Hannah Arendt kinda of way
If the bishops want to prove they're serious about the future, they'll accept they are guiding a tiny, marginalized Church that can't meet the needs of its flock, and stop pretending they're leading the vibrant Church they like to convince us exists
