THREAD: Recently, we’ve learned more details about whom Team🇺🇸Mueller has interviewed, and that Mueller plans to interview Trump.🤗

What’s *at least* as interesting: who‘s NOT been publicly included on Mueller’s interview list. Most conspicuously👉🏼Mike PENCE‼️1/

Given Mike Pence's role during the campaign, the transition and now in the WH, Team🇺🇸Mueller *surely* will interview Pence (or already has). But in what capacity? Meaning: how does Pence fit into Mueller's #TrumpRussia investigation⁉️ 2/

Basically, it boils down to this for PENCE:

👉🏼Pence is "innocent", saw nothing, did nothing during his entire tenure w/Trump, or
👉🏼Pence is "innocent" himself, but witnessed criminal acts by others, or
👉🏼Pence participated in criminal acts.

We can throw out the first option, because at a minimum, we *know* that Pence KNEW about Flynn's shady #Russian & Turkish contacts, and also had some knowledge of the events leading up to Comey's firing.🤔 4/

The 2nd option (Pence witnessed criminal acts by others) would mean that Pence is a WITNESS for Team🇺🇸Mueller's probe, such as for Trump's alleged #ObstructionOfJustice.🤨

If true, then Mueller surely will have interviewed Pence BEFORE Trump‼️ 5/

If Pence is a WITNESS of Trump's alleged #ObstructionOfJustice, then we soon should hear news that Pence was interviewed/will be interviewed by Mueller BEFORE Trump's time in the barrel.🤔 7/

We *know* from public reports that Mueller, at a minimum, plans to grill Trump about Flynn's tenure in the WH and his firing, along with Comey's firing.🧐 8/

Misha🇷🇺Flynn supposedly was fired for lying to Pence.🙄

Yet Pence LED the transition👉🏼KT McFarland emailed that *Flynn would be speaking w/the #Russian🇷🇺Ambassador, Sergey Kislyak* just hours after President Obama’s #sanctions were announced‼️ 9/

Pence LIED, when he claimed not to know of Flynn's shady ties w/#Russia or Turkey.

Again, given Pence's role, he has to be a WITNESS, at a minimum, in Mueller's probe. Thus, it's surprising that we have not heard anything publicly about his status in the investigation.🤨 11/

If Pence has NOT been interviewed before Trump, that could mean that Pence is a TARGET (defendant) in Mueller's probe for alleged crimes OTHER than what Mueller plans to discuss w/Trump (eg, #ObstructionOfJustice). 🤔 12/

If Mueller is going after Trump *NOW* for #ObstructionOfJustice, but needs the investigation(s) to finish of other alleged crimes by Trump, as well as those by PENCE, then that could explain why Pence wouldn't be interviewed before Trump.🤨 13/

Another option that could explain why we've heard NOTHING about Pence being interviewed👉🏼Pence FLIPPED and is cooperating with Mueller‼️ 14/

If Pence is a #mole and continues to collect intel, then Mueller has ZERO incentive to mention anything publicly about him.🤨 15/

Hard to say what Pence's role is now. We know that Pence's lawyers begged Mueller for an interview last summer and were told to pound sand. Witnesses tend to be interviewed EARLY in probes, whereas TARGETS (especially the biggest fish) are interviewed LAST‼️ 16/

All of the publicly available evidence suggests that Pence is a TARGET, not simply a witness, in Mueller's probe.🧐

Whatever role that Pence ultimately plays, expect for Pence to have his time in the barrel SOON‼️
