Joe Capone, the General Manager of Lou's City Bar on Irving Street in Washington D.C. Stated in a September 2016 Crime Watch TV Interview that he offered Seth a cab, or told him he could stick around and catch a ride home. He claimed that Rich declined, was going elsewhere.

Here's something we've never mentioned before in our Investigations. If Joe Capone wasn't there as he now claims, his story was matching up with Joel Rich's story. Now that Capone has changed his story, it leaves a massive void in Joel Rich's story of the events that night.

At approximately 4:19 AM CIC Shotspotter reported shots Fired at the 2134 Block of Flagler Street and Northwest. Police were on the scene within a few minutes, and they found Seth Rich shot multiple times in the Toros..

Lots of people try to make the claim that Seth Rich was alive and talking going to the Hospital. Please realize you have Zero Evidence of that, nor can you prove that. The only people who've ever said that publicly are his parents, and they were told a story by those involved.

There was an article on Reddit about a Resident that supposedly was there the night that Seth Rich was shot. We have vetted this and went through every Resident at MedStar Hospital at that time, and reached out and contacted. There is no truth to back up this claim what so ever.

One of our Private Investigators Bill Pierce Spoke to the Medical Examiner who did the Autopsy on Seth Rich. He told us that Seth Rich was shot multiple times in the Torso, but would not elaborate. We received this email from his office.

The Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department is keeping the case open even though they've admittedly publicly they have exhausted all leads.. Translation, they aren't trying to solve this. By keeping the case open, things like Autopsy Reports, ME Reports, Ballistics, gone.
