"'The decision to end the DACA program appears to rest exclusively on a legal conclusion that the program was unconstitutional,' Garaufis said. 'Because that conclusion was erroneous, the decision to end the DACA program cannot stand.'" #DACA#NoDACA
The quote above from U.S. District Judge Nicholas Garaufi doesn't make sense to me. The program is unconstitutional, how can getting rid of it be illegal?
In 2012 the same judge was accused of bias during a lawsuit involving the FDNY and their hiring process.
If you care about the integrity of the US then you will understand the appropriate courses of action to protect our sovereignty. I am not an expert in law nor immigration. If I can find the time I will seek SC rulings & amendments that may rule out or strengthen these ideas:
1. Repeal chain migration laws, visa lotteries, and #DACA (#NODACA) (More details on a quota system can be found in 66 Stat. Chapter 477 Title 2 [public law 414]; I am not sure how to properly cite this repealed section)
2. Create an assimilation committee, comprised of members from various governmental departments (USCIS, DHS, DOS, DOL, Social Security, etc.)
