3. There is ONE event - an event that seemed relatively minor at the time - where I speculate that Kompromat was obtained and some congressmen were turned.
4. This event was a Congressional Delegation to Vienna, Austria. The topic was a peace plan in Kosovo. 11 Congressmen went, to negotiate a peace deal over Kosovo with the Russians. The Russian Duma Sent its representatives.

8. There's a reason why I think this was such a significant event. You see, during this time we were catching the Russians hacking into our Government systems using the Russian Academy of Sciences. Two months before this trip, Weldon said we were at war over it.
