Former SAA boss Dudu Myeni has not arrived to the #eskominquiry.

#eskominquiry chairperson Zukiswa Rantho says the committee wrote a formal [official] letter to Ms Myeni inviting her to the inquiry. She responded via SMS to the secretary of the committee and has not written any letter but exchanging SMSes with the secretary of the committee.

Rantho: In the SMSes, Dudu Myeni stated that her lawyer was not around and had not beeen following the inquiry. She was also waiting to be guided by her lawyer on how to respond to parliament's invitation.

Rantho: Ms Myeni said she will look at the legalities of coming to the inquiry [with her lawyer] and will then write back to the inquiry. She apologised for being unavailable. #eskominquiry

All the MPs who spoke say Myeni should be subpoenaed. Four spoke, four didn't. #eskominquiry
