From 2003 to 2005, Gina Haspel led a top-secret #CIA program that subjected suspects to savage interrogation tactics incl. sleep deprivation, squeezing them into coffins, and waterboarding.

It is simply impossible for Senators to carry out their constitutional duty to provide advice and consent when the White House is blocking access to Kavanaugh's record and when Grassley is playing along. This is a sham process and every American should be outraged.

2/ This fall, the Public Interest Legal Foundation sent letters seeking to bully 248 jurisdictions into instituting purge programs. Purge programs are another dirty tactic used to suppress the rights of voters. Today we are taking action to fight back.
