avoided the sharper horn of this bull. In this way, the blame is on the #GOP 'leadership' for passing this Democrat bill for Pelosi & Schumer and to aggravate the electorate so as to lose the #midterms and empower the #DeepState Swamp
the other way, by #Veto while making the electorate emotionally satisfied, would have been for @POTUS to take the blame for a government shutdown and not providing for national security.
