I deleted my own account years ago when I discovered they used a tracking Cookie that was virtually undeletable.The Cookie embedded itself & tracked everything you did on your computer. Bc I ran a internet business at the time, I was concerned about the security of my customers.
Apparently, I was more concerned about my customers privacy than Facebook is This is chilling because their business is YOUR PERSONAL DATA! We must demand that companies simplify their explanations of what data they collect & what it will be used for We should demand simpler TOS
The Legalease for downloading Apps shouldn’t require an attorney to figure it out. It definitely shouldn’t be so confusing for social media! Our kids use Social Media all the time! What did they consent to? It’s time to demand accountability from online data collectors.
