10 Core Values Every Man Needs To Possess To Create A Legacy Of Greatness.

Great men share many core values.

Focus on developing these core values and become the man every man envies and every woman wants.

Your Legacy Of Greatness awaits...

(Thread)
1. Self-Motivated

Every man needs to be a leader.

It’s important to be able to motivate yourself to take action to move forward toward your goals – whether they’re personal, family, of career.

Leaders are driven to get things done and they lead others to do the same.
2. The Ability To Delegate.

You can’t do it all yourself.

The most effective men surround themselves with skilled people, define their responsibilities, and then get out of the way.

Rid yourself of the complainers, wannabes and the hangers on. They’re holding you back.
3. Communicate Effectively.

You might have a clear picture in your mind of what you’d like to see happen.

Unfortunately, no one can read your mind. A great man shares his vision and makes his desires known.

People will give you what you want when you communicate effectively
4. Develop Others.

Being a man isn’t about using others to meet your needs.

It’s developing those around you.

From a more selfish perspective, the more knowledgeable they are the more they can assist you in your vision.

Share your expertise and help everyone grow.
5. Be Committed

You can’t expect greater commitment than you’re willing to provide.

A man sets the ceiling.

Everyone else settles in somewhere below that point.

Set the ceiling high and show everyone around you what true commitment looks like.
6. Inspire Others.

A Great man inspires others to Greatness

It’s not always easy to inspire those content to simply just show up and do nothing.

Share your motivation and commitment.

Even if you’re only able to inspire a few people, it will a make positive impact.
7. Have A Clear Vision.

If you don’t know what you want, you won’t get it.

Men need to be are clear on their vision and readily share it with others.

A clear vision serves as a roadmap the people around you should be able to easily follow.
8. Show Respect.

Strive to treat everyone fairly and avoid playing favorites.

Treat the CEO and the maintenance man with the same respect.

Everyone is worthy of a basic level of respect. If you don’t give it don’t ever expect it back.
9. Confidence.

It’s natural to be drawn to a man with confidence. You’re viewed as capable and trustworthy when your confidence level is high.

Be comfortable with your skills and plan. A lack of self-confidence limits the ability of others to trust your vision and judgment.
10. Decisiveness.

Great men make the tough decisions fearlessly and take responsibility for the outcome.

It’s easy to make quick decisions when you’re clear on your values.

If you can’t make up your mind, your leadership skills will be called into question.
Great men are necessary in this day and age.

Great men share common characteristics that you can develop in yourself.

Even if you don’t feel you currently possess these qualities, you can learn and grow your capacity to be a great man and Create Your Legacy Of Greatness.

7 Toxic Habits You Need To Stop Doing NOW!

1. Caring what others think.
2. Over analyzing what hasn’t happened.
3. Being consumed by your appearance.
4. Taking on others problems.
5. Focusing on what you don’t have.
6. Holding on to grudges and anger.
7. Complaining.
1. Caring What Others Think.

So, because one anonymous twitter account with 2 followers says “you’re an idiot”, is the reason you’re giving up?

The more you put your ideas out there and gain success the more people will try to put you down.

Thier opinion means nothing.
2. Over Analyzing What Hasn’t Happened.

Why are you struggling over what hasn’t happened yet?

This is a very limiting mindset.

Analyze what’s in your control and come up with actionable solutions.

You can’t solve something that hasn’t or never will happen.

If you want to reach your potential and dominate in business and in life you have to be very afraid of:

•Mediocrity
•Insignificance
•Being liked by everyone
•Regret
•Dying alone

These 5 things should scare the living shit out of you.

If they don’t you’ll never succeed.
1. Mediocrity

Most people just wake up, get dressed, go to work, and sit and stare at the clock all day until it hits 5pm.

Then go home and do nothing.

Is this the life you really want?

Break the cycle.

Mediocrity is cancer.
2. Insignificance.

What’s more important?

Watching some loser in a reality show and watching every move they make?

Or finding a mission and creating something that people will find value and significance in?

Stop watching losers and start being a winner.

There’s times that I wish I could do my life over. There’s so many things I’d do differently.

I think about lost opportunities, time wasted on relationships, and bad decisions.

But that’s a Loser’s Mindset.

I forget all the blessings I have in my life...
My 3 beautiful children, my families restaurant that’s been thriving for over 90 years, the patients I get to serve in my chiropractic practice...

And you, following my tweets watching my videos and allowing my to take up some time in your life.

We all go through this...
We forget the greatness in our lives because we’re spoiled by

We’ve done those things. There alway part of us and we look at others and think the grass is greener over there.

We think we’re missing something.

The truth is...we’re not....

Mindset Is Everything!

You have to decide if you want to be a Winner or Loser

Losers Choose:

•Negativity
•Procrastination
•Mediocrity

Winners Choose:

•Positivity
•Massive Action
•Exceptionalism
It’s time to choose being a Winner!

It doesn’t mean your life will be perfect.

But a winner chooses to see:

•Capabilities
•Possibilities
•Opportunities

You might not always win, but you’ll put yourself in the position to win.
Even if you have a Winners Mindset, sometimes you will lose.

But you’ll see each loss as a stepping stone to new levels and teachable moments to learn from and to grow.

This is what mental toughness is.

It’s not about thinking you’re invincible, but it makes you unbreakable.

If your mindset isn’t right it will never matter how good you are at:

•Copy writing
•Internet marketing
•Sports
•Pickiig up women
•Building a brand
•Social media
•Building a business

Because most give up when obstacles appear or they don’t see results in 2 weeks...
You have to train your mind to be mentally tough enough to push through the obstacles and to be persistent when just starting out.

You can’t expect success the first day you start.

That’s like trying to have the baby the night after having sex...
It’s not gonna happen no mattter how good you get at being a parent.

To get to any goal you set you have to

•Put life into perspective
•Be grateful for what you have
•Not dwell on what you don’t have
•Eliminate negativity
•Add value
•Be of service

Was watching the movie Doc Hollywood last night with Michael J. Fox. It’s one of my favorite movies.

He’s a plastic surgeon going to work in an extremely high end clinic to the rich and famous.

Along his way he crashes his car in an small Old School North Carolina town....
He gets fined for destroying a farmers fence with his car and has to do community service in the local clinic, which has one dr and one nurse.

Lots of life lessons in the movie.

He falls in love with the town, the people, and a girl, of course.

In a few scenes...
A married couple comes to the office, not for treatment, but for him to read the letters sent to them from back home because they can’t read.

He sits with them and gets more and more involved with this family. It’s pretty funny....
