1) There will be little sleep for this tired soul of mine tonight, due to a rage the burns so hot it cannot be contained. "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated..."

2) It continues, "and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." What is the basis of a proper warrant? What happens if this is abused?

3)Attorney-client privilege? "A legal privilege that works to keep communications between an attorney and his client secret. The privilege is asserted in the face of a demand for the communications, such as a discovery request or a demand that the lawyer testify under oath."

4) The exception? "By the crime-fraud exception to the privilege, a client’s communication to her attorney isn’t privileged if she made it with the intention of committing or covering up a crime or fraud."

5) These structures are not so difficult to understand, are they? Anyone can, with a little focus. They're also not so hard to abuse, are they? Anyone can, with enough power. And with enough motivation to destroy. And to destroy what, exactly? A duly elected President of the USA.

6) I've known since the 2016 election that there was no high bar of the law over which Hillary Clinton would ever have to pass. She was and remains soaringly high above the law. The only bar she might be judged by was the vote, the happily low bar of the vote.

7) But what I never dreamed in my worst nightmare back then was how far the corruption had penetrated - the term is the weaponization of the IC, the DOJ and FBI, etc. - I had no idea of the aggressive power of the Deep State to protect itself under the broad light of day.

8) With yesterday's action against our President's personal attorney, and the seizure of the entirety of their privileged communications, a treasure trove of leakable material is now possessed by the worst actors in our nation. Who can stop them, or hold them to account?

9) Do we care about the law anymore? Do we care about our democracy and the meaning of our vote? Do we care about our institutions and their integrity?

So I will take my rage and sleeplessness and convert it into action. Tweeting, yes, and much more.

10) I rededicate and recommit myself to #MAGAVictory2018.

We began taking our nation back in 2016. We must continue the fight. I will never again say I don't trust Congress. I will say I didn't work hard enough to put the right people there.

This is the pivot point for us.

11) In a single target, we must MASSIVELY increase the voter turnout this coming November. Our ultimate message is: Participate. It's NOT too late. By revealing their hand this early, they give us time to organize our response as a voting people. They give us the time we need.

12) Finis. The low bar of the vote is the source from which all law derives and is, therefore, the ultimate height in our nation. We must rise to it. Angry? Can't sleep? Join me then, and let us fight together. Our legacy looks to us now. We must not fail it.
