The program is expressly designed as a dialogue between data science and neuroscience.

The CREATE program.

Combining CREATE with other programs like EMBER they can have some unique applications like HFC.

What happens when these games get played at the Quantum level?
What happens when they are no longer research but incorporated with REAL operators?

So basically the "Q-Branch" of the IC uses social media and open source Intel to predict future events and may be using alternative reality games and artificial intelligence to collect data.

Do you feel used?

Personally I would be okay with this if we're true as long as...
