Another scoop at #Patribotics was that Eric Schneiderman had Trump Tower under *state* surveillance for over a year.

Leaving aside our reporting on @MichaelCohen212 and one gap in his timeline, let's look at another aspect of tonight's @McClatchyDC report - the taped conversations Cohen made. #SaysWhoSays mcclatchydc.com/news/politics-…

McClatchy piece refers to @CNN story on the Cohen tapes and refers to the State not Federal investigation of Cohen. Our story on state surveillance by @AGSchneiderman is implied to be correct by this report. NYS investigators heard the tapes when Cohen played them in his home.

So our readers understand this clearly: @AGSchneiderman did not **need** a FISA warrant on @MichaelCohen212 when he was investigating RICO with Felix Sater, Michael Cohen and @RealDonaldTrump - that's common or garden fraud and theft.

In May of last year, @TrueFactsStated and @LouiseMensch jointly bylined the shortest story ever published on our site, stating that @RealDonaldTrump was under a sealed indictment. At that time there was no Special Counsel; @Comey was Director of the @FBI; Dana Boente at EDVA.

That story only printed what both authors respective sources had heard. Hence it was 96 words long.

TLDR - Schneiderman's Enterprise Corruption case - Trump RICO, Sater + Bayrock - in his judgement touched on NatSec. He dismissed it sua juris handed it to FISC. FISC drew a Grand Jury from EDVA in a sealed courtroom in the building they share because it's not an Article 3 court.

That sealed Grand Jury was expected to indict @Trump, the organization, for RICO. Which they did. But they surprised DOJ by returning a True Bill against @RealDonaldTrump personally, too. Forcing a pause to recalibrate :)

So what happened to the dismissed state case?

The law is "separate sovereigns". It was open to @AGSchneiderman, having dismissed his own state case to hand it to the federal authorities, to restart it. This would certainly explain the "months" reference. Because we report Schneiderman has been listening to Trump Tower 1 yr +

We cannot be absolutely certain that the specific lines on @MichaelCohen212 refer to the same Enterprise Corruption case restarted with separate sovereigns. But sources were clear and adamant that the MSM focus on FISA warrants missed a big part of the picture - the Big Apple.
