#Intro
✓The Crime took place in the month of Jan in Jammu region.
✓Ashifa belongs to a Gujjar Bakrewal Community, who helped the Army in the 1999 Kargil War and is known for a sense of great nationalism.
✓Ashifa's real parents aren't alive & left her with some property.

#Observation
✓As per the media, the rape occurred and she died inside the temple.
✓ Initially, when the girl was missing, an F.I.R was registered and the girl was found inside the temple.
✓The temple was also made of proper marble and stone.

✓ Temple is central to its location with no locks and no door. It can't be possible that she was lying there inside the temple since 8 day's and no one noticed it
✓Prime fascie on examining the body during the investigation, it was found with wet mud over the entire body.

✓Thereafter the police sent the body for Post Mortem examination. The doctor in its Preliminary report of Post Mortem examination stated that it is killing but rape has not occurred. She was murdered.

✓Then the doctor also rejected the T.S.D(Time Since Death) in concern with the timing of death. It was found to have been died before the time reported by the media in public domain.

#Inferences
✓Firstly, there needs to be a clarification of it being a rape or a murder?
✓Secondly, it was found that the surrounding of the Scene Of Crime(S.O.C) didn't have any rainfall during the actual Time Since Death(T.S.D). It was also observed that the wet mud over

her body wasn't from that locality. Therefore, the murder has happened elsewhere and thrown in temple last to the night the murder occurred.
As already stated that the temple door remained completely unlocked. Then the body was picked up. And the media tried to communalize it.

Now let's concentrate on its #PoliticalAspect;
✓The community over there got frightened and a large number of families moved from there to some other place. They were of the belief that someone else's has arrived at their place who is creating the havoc.

✓It was a Hindu majority region and on further investigation it was found that the #Rohingya's has came into being over there over a period of time. The entire original inhabitants sat on strike stating that the Rohingya's are molesting their young daughters and women

on daily basis along with the incidences of stealth. There was a demand to displace the Rohingya's from there. And the matter got further sensitized.
✓When some journalists were sent over there by the media houses, it was there in the news that the journalists were beaten up by

the Rohingya's. So it was just to divert the issue of Rohingya's residing over there illegally.
✓Ashifa has been killed by the Rohingya's and inorder to divert the issue, the doctor was forced to reopen for the secondary Post Mortem examination.

✓Now the doctor was forced to take his statement back by the #PDP_Mehboobaaa_Mufti_Government, so that Rohingya's issue Can be suppressed. This led further to the communal tensions and disharmony by putting the priest under the suspicion of the crime.

✓The local community asked for the C.B.I Investigation. But the PDP government for the crime which happened in the Jammu region, it formulated a S.I.T in the Kashmir region.
✓The S.I.T probe was handed over to the person who was himself a radicalised Jihadi & suspended.

✓Investigation was diverted and some of the Hindu from the region was picked up with the charges under the carpet of the investigation.
✓When the local B.J.P leader supported the local community in the investigation, it was that thereof the minister's are going to be sacked.

#Conclusion
✓It wasn't a rape, it was a murder.
✓The crime didn't occur in the temple but was committed elsewhere.
✓The body wasn't there since last 8 day's and it was thrown the last of the night the body recovered.

✓The circumstantial evidence proves that the death didn't happened 8 day's back as the T.S.D was different.
✓She was murdered elsewhere and thrown into the temple.
✓Preliminary Investigation report was altered.
✓Forcefully, Secondary investigation report was made.

✓Why C.B.I is not being allowed by the state government to take issue into account ?
✓Why S.I.T probe was handed over to the person with such a character ?
And there comes into play the following;
✓Presstitute

✓So called intellectual and the so called feminist coming from the Bollywood, Politics, Journalism and many more.
Finally, I would like to conclude with the statement;
"Believe In Science & Let The Law Take It's Own Course."
"Truth will be revealed sooner or later." 🤐
