في هذا الثريد سأتكلم عن أخطر أمراضي وهو "الملل" الملل او الضجر مرض خطير جداً قد لا ينتبه البعض له لكنه من أخطر المشاكل التي يواجهها الإنسان الملل من فعل الخير، من الناس، من الحياة نفسها، الملل من دراستك وفتح الكتب والمذاكرة مرارا وتكراراً،
الملل من الإستيقاظ بنفس المكان لعمل نفس الأشياء التي عملتها بالأمس وهذا يدخل بمصطلح "الروتين" وهذا المصطلح هو بذرة الضجر او الملل
قال هيراقليطس : "أن تفعل الشيء نفسه مرارا وتكرارا ليس مملا فقط بل هو أن يسيطر عليك بدلا من السيطرة على ما تفعله".
