1. When we told you that Mueller was working with Schneiderman, we weren't just guessing. Then MSM reported it, too. Now look at this.

2. As reported earlier today, Scheiderman is "seeking a change to state law that would reshape New York’s “double jeopardy” policy." In NY people can't be tried for crimes they were already tried for federally. Schneiderman wants a change BC OF TRUMP'S pardons specifically.

3. NY state assembly is predominantly Democratic and critical of Trump, SOOO... the long arm of the law is coming to get you and the gang, Dondon.

4. "Through a spokesman, Speaker Carl Heastie said “we will take a close look” at Mr. Schneiderman’s request.

Republicans have a razor-thin majority in the state Senate. The Majority Leader didn’t comment on the letter Wednesday. " Bye bye, darlings.

5. NY state governor Andrew Cuomo said through a spox that his office is“reviewing the proposal and looks forward to working with the Attorney General on the issue.” Feel those handcuffs coming, Trump treasonweasel gang.

6. "A Democratic senator from Long Island, Todd Kaminsky, said he would introduce legislation granting Mr. Schneiderman’s request on the topic." Bloop!

7. To be clear: Schneiderman wants to make sure that not only he can convict the Trump gang, if pardoned, for other crimes they committed in NY but EVEN for the SAME federal crimes they were pardoned for, IF committed in NY. #feelthehandcuffs

8. So between the SDNY having a second branch of the investigation and NY State AG making this move, I would say that COHEN for starters has VERY, VERY good reason to be extremely worried. And equally good reason to flip like a pancake.

9. None of this is coincidental of course, everything has a timing with good reason. Schneiderman is moving now bc now's the time when SDNY is taking care of business AND when we found out Trump dangled pardons before people testified in front of GJ.

10. So Schneiderman has a very public reason for taking action. And he's doing so beautifully. Cuomo has every interest to get this done, bc elections are coming. In essence, NY may save US democracy through this change in its laws.

11. This is yet another um, incentive, to make Cohen flip faster than he can say "says who". Mind you, SDNY would find ways to make him flip regardless, BUT this is a MUCH quicker way of obtaining Cohen's cooperation.

12. You can rest damn well assured that Cohen WILL be charged, and I mean criminally. Search warrants on lawyers' offices and homes don't just "happen". They require a VERY strong case for crimes to be taking place, in order to be granted.

13. So this move essentially guarantees that Cohen goes to jail, not just for the specific NY state crimes (like the taxi medallions) but ALSO for federal crimes happened in NY that Trump may pardon him for. Meaning: "sing like a canary, or see the inside of a cell".

14. And this will most likely pass in NY. The assembly is overwhelmingly Dem and the Senate GOP majority margin is razor-thin meaning it has little chance to prevail, especially bc there ARE GOPers who can't stand Trump there.

15. More importantly, there ARE GOPers who DO UNDERSTAND the US is a country of LAWS and not a country where a corrupt nutjob abusively occupying the Oval office can so much as think of letting CRIMINALS who are his accomplices get away with crimes via pardon.

16. So keep being focused. Keep being cool, calm and collected in the fight. Do not let ANYTHING catch you by surprise OR demoralize you. Mueller and Schneiderman are always a MILLION steps ahead of the Trump gang. #JusticeIsComing /END
