I have watched the full @WaffleHouse tape that the police in Saraland, Alabama released to the public and have SEVERAL questions.

First, there are two places on tape where the footage looks tampered with or the narration is inconsistent.

At 4:11 Ms. Adams (Clemons’ friend) is seated, but at 4:18 she disappears. No sign of her leaving...just disappears.

What happened in missing scene?

This question matters because the very next clip Ms. Adams is upset about something. They showed THAT footage, but NOT what happened before.

What upset her?

4/ Several other points before showing the other section that looks doctored:

Secondly, it matters that Ms. Clemons,Ms. Adams, &their male associate were in the act of leaving when Waffle House employee escalated situation.

Footage clearly shows them leaving....

They were leaving at timestamp 5:13

Then the Saraland police claims Ms. Clemons escalated situation...SHE was clearly leaving on footage. Adams exited. Not sure what stopped them.

Saraland PD didn’t report or ask (?) either.

The Saraland PD did confirm the disagreement over the plastic fork.

They claim @WaffleHouse has a “new” policy that if you dine in and ask for a plastic fork, you will be charged .50 . Is that true, @WaffleHouse ?

Saraland PD also said they did a subsequent interview on witnesses. This includes 10 people.

3 Saraland Officers
6 Waffle House Employees
1 Customer

Of the 10 witnesses of the Saraland Waffle House #DiningWhileBlack case, 2 people the police interviewed were African American and 4 witnesses were women.

It is unclear how many of each were Waffle House employees or if any black women were witnesses.

Saraland PD claims that 10 witnesses reported #ChikesiaClemons & her friends all smelled of alcohol & were intoxicated in Waffle House

Then released footage of her with bucket😑

BUT they gave no breathalyzer test & didn’t charge her public intoxication???

Cmon...stop.

What’s missing from the footage that Waffle House and Saraland Police Department released?

Significant footage of the 3 cops actually piling on her. We her friend taping the event (thank God for her bc no other evidence would exist)

When asked about the officer who audibly yelled about breaking Ms. Clemons’ arm, a female with Saraland PD said :

“Statement was made as a cause and affect statement, rather than a threat.”

Y’all, this whole tape is the antithesis of Philly and Starbucks. 🧐

Can you imagine sitting in a restaurant and continuing to eat your meal while a woman is arrested by 3 cops after being jumped on?

I wonder if this was the 1 witness who was a customer?

Lastly, there is another part of the tape that looks pampered with.

Between these two clips it is unclear how Ms. Clemons ended up at counter, after supposedly being arrested....no visible handcuffs.

....and, another thing. The Saraland PD were also asked about this arrest. They gave no information...why was this protestor are arrested? Has be been released? Who is he?
