It needs a massive commitment of resources from the top. @narendramodi govt and BJP have shown no such commitment, rather pushing #EnglishApartheid deeper, literally killing India's talent & brains.

Not an issue. India's population and human resources are 150%+ of Europe. EU has 24 official languages, all are used for Higher Ed. India can easily support 22.

Not at all. People can always learn languages for employment, do all over the world. Learning a language is different from changing the medium of education.

What edge? India lags behind in every area, including IT. India is "proud" of a few call center jobs, China is racing ahead in Artificial Intelligence, manufacturing, high-tech, has its own search engine, social media.

Lol. And India was an intellectual superpower when it was using #IndianLanguages. China sent people here to learn. A slave culture based on language slavery can never innovate and rise.

Why parrot ignorance? All the Asian Tigers progressed on the basis of their own languages. Singapore and HK are practically cities, irrelevant examples for the scale of India.
