The maqam of Ertugrul Ghazi, the man who laid the foundations for the Ottoman Empire. #IYI
The Prophet ﷺ said: “Verily you shall conquer Constantinople. What a wonderful leader will he be, and what a wonderful army will that army be!” (Ahmed)
The man who did this was sultan Fatih, an ottoman follower of the hanafi madhab, Maturidi in creed & naqsbandi in tariqa.
One of the many meanings of Al kawthar mentioned in the books of tafsir is the daughter of rasoolallah ﷺ sayyida Fatima, rasoolallah ﷺ lineage continues through her and shaykh Abdul Qadri Jilani is from that noble lineage.
Shaykh Abdul Qadri Jilani (who even imam Ibn taymiyyah referred to as "my master") was approached by a man who asked him to make dua that he's blessed with a child who becomes a scholar, the man had a son, that son was shaykh al akbar Ibn Arabi. The great Andalusian scholar.
Shaykh al Akbar regularly prayed for Ertugrul Ghazi, and for his marriage and lineage to be blessed.
Ertugrul Ghazi was the man who laid the foundations for the Ottoman Empire, their son was Osman the 1st. The first sultan of the Ottoman Empire.
The rest is history.
You can see how this all goes back to sayyiduna muhammed ﷺ the ottomans themselves were people who yearned for nabi ﷺ and had adab whenever he ﷺ was mentioned.
"love of sayyiduna muhammed ﷺ unites people whereas the love of dunya divides people" - shaykh Saqib al shaami
