Another thing: gambino says “this is guerilla” referencing a style of unofficial warfare popularized in Vietnam where civilians are armed causing constant suspense and paranoia for all those living within the nation.

Continued: Gambino made a Twitter account just to announce the release because twitter is a microcosm of what the single is about. All the while, KNOWING the reactions to the single would reflect EVERYTHING the song is about. Again, Genius.

Question: Is there significance in that it only includes black bodies? Even the reference (choir) to the AME church in 2015 which was committed by a white man used Gambino as the shooter. Hence, is this supposed to be a look into the black experience, or am I off? #ThisIsAmerica
