We started out on the series of leadership last week and I remembered sharing on the meaning of leader, extraordinary and mindset just for us to get a good grasp of the topic. #Audacious

A quick reminder,
MINDSET is a habitual or characteristic mental attitude that determines how you will interpret and respond to situations.

EXTRAORDINARY means far more than usual or expected. Beyond what is ordinary or usual.
LEADER means a person who rules or guides or inspires others.

With the knowledge of these keywords, let's therefore define the scope of our topic today.
The mindset of Extra Ordinary Leader, this means, the characteristic mental attitude that determines how an unusual leader(sbd who rules or guides or inspires others) respond to situations

Like I said last week, nobody started doing whatever on their own, anything you are doing today, it is because you saw or heard it somewhere. In a nutshell, you have been influenced. #Audacious

Whoever influenced you is your leader in that regard. Remember, a leader is someone who guides, rules or inspires.
You are not doing anything new, you are doing what you heard or saw. #Audacious

You just don't like to organize your things, it was because you saw someone do it and you fell in love with it. That person that make you love it is your leader. #Audacious

There are some people that when you see them eat, you will immediately feel like eating the exact thing they are eating, that's some influence.
I summit to say that, everyone have an influence over others be it positive or negative. #Audacious

Today, I will share two more mindset of Extra Ordinary Leader.
1. RESILIENCE: an extra ordinary leader have a never-say-die spirit, so focused until the desire is achieved. They possess a deep conviction to remain on course till they see it through #Audacious

Resilience is an occurrence of rebounding or springing back.
In other words, you may have been hit, but you get back up, you fire on, you don't lay back even when everyone in your team is looking defeated, you spur them on though you are feeling low too. #Audacious

Someone once said this, Success is a numbers game, it outweighs failure. #Audacious

Results don't respond to prayers, they respond to principles.
Principles govern performance.

The second mindset I want to discuss is,
2. POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE: The mind is the control center for all achievement. Positivity and negativity are on each side of the same coin.
Extra Ordinary Leader succeed because they have re-wired their mindset. #Audacious

They renew their minds by replacement.

Positive minded individuals gets more, lives longer and achieve more result than the negative minded people.
Extra Ordinary Leaders know the power of the word, so they listen to positives, say positive and stay positive. #Audacious

Six ways to stay positive-minded:
A. Only think positive mindset, don't think of what you don't want.
B. See only and count your blessings each day.
C. Focus only on positive dreams you have in your future.
#Audacious

D. Never dwell or regret the past.
E. Focus on what you can do each moment.
F. Always appreciate what you have to do and what you can do in each moment. Don't worry about what you can't do in the past. #Audacious

This is who an extra ordinary leader is. The big question is, Is this you?
