This wouldn't happen to deal with Kushner and Flynn meeting with Russian Ambassador Kislyak at Trump Tower in Dec. 2016, would it?

2. In case people forgot about Kushner And Flynn meeting with Kislyak in Dec. 2016, see here. And this was BEFORE Obama imposed sanctions on Russia on Dec. 29 and Flynn called Kislyak to reassure him. So... an interesting date.
3. NYT story on meeting in Dec. between Flynn, Kushner and Kislyak. This was CONFIRMED by Hope Hicks. nytimes.com/2017/03/02/us/…
4. A couple of those men behind Cohen look conspicuously familiar... I'm trying to remember where I've seen the bearded one before. I never forget faces.
5. I checked the most obvious names related to Flynn doing deals with "companies" (as Mr. Avenatti had warned companies as well to come clean). The most obvious names are Ekim Alptekin and Dmitri "David" Zaikin, but photos do not correspond.
6. Well, here's the feed from which the photos were taken. Dec. 12, 2016 among others, Flynn and Cohen exchanged pleasantries with Rick Perry. But it's clear that then they moved on to ANOTHER meeting and those are photos Mr. Avenatti has, not in video.
7. The video only shows Flynn and Cohen with Perry, there's zero on the elevator action. Which clearly took place after they exchanged pleasantries with Perry.
8. Here's another photo of COhen at Trump tower on Dec. 12, 2016. Taken from this VOX story: vox.com/policy-and-pol…
The dude behind Cohen in this photo... looks like George Papadopoulos?
9. And because the glorious answer is now here, let me quote Mr. Avenatti.

10. So to be clear, @MichaelAvenatti is showing us that a. there are video and photo receipts, and telling us that b. Mr. Al.Rumaihi BRAGGED about bribing Trump admin officials in a SWORN DECLARATION FILED IN COURT. See why SDNY involved public corruption unit?
11. And if you want background on Mr Al Rumaihi, see this Mother Jones piece. He was accused of scheming to bribe Trump people in a recent lawsuit filed by Ice Cube, the rapper and actor, and his business partner Jeff Kwatinetz.
12. The other salient point is that Mr. Al Rumaihi runs the foreign division of Qatar's sovereign wealth fund. And that fund? Is the biggest shareholder in ROSNEFT, the Russian state oil company.
13. The Steele dossier said that Igor Sechin, the CEO of Rosneft, offered CARTER PAGE and Trump associates the brokerage of a 19% stake in the company in exchange for the lifting of US sanctions on Russia. That 19%? Is officially owned by the above- mentioned Qatar fund.
14. So this seems all too coincidental, and the fact Al Rumaihi BRAGS about bribery in court filing, per @MichaelAvenatti AND per the Ice Cube lawsuit, while running a division of the fund that owns Rosneft only makes matters more interesting.
15. The real kicker here, other than the fact Mueller knew this MONTHS ago? Is that FLYNN FLIPPED. So whatever happened in that meeting? Has been described IN DETAIL by Flynn to Mueller. So OOPSIE, Cohen. And Trump.
16. This also means, bc that's part of Flynn's deal, that Muller not only has evidence but a DIRECT WITNESS in Flynn. And yes, he WILL testify against Trump and Cohen whenever he is asked to. Bloop!
17. Which brings about the other matter, the one of COHEN flipping. If he hasn't already (and we wouldn't know if this already happened until a plea deal was filed), he will have to flip soon and he knows it. Flynn's testimony alone means MANY years in jail for Cohen.
18. While the Rosneft part of this isn't corroborated by public evidence yet, you can rest damn well assured that if there's any, Mueller has had it for months. And that would be the DO UT DES with Russia. I give you Rosneft, so that you lift sanctions.
19. Regardless, bc of Ice Cube and his biz partner's Jeff Kwatinetz lawsuit that alleges Al-Rumaihi and other Qatari officials attempted use an investment in the men’s BIG3 basketball league to gain access to Trump administration officials, there's direct evidence of bribery.
20. Per the @MotherJones article I linked, Kwatinetz says in lawsuit "Mr Al-Rumaihi requested I set up a meeting between him, the Qatari govt and Stephen Bannon, and to tell Bannon that Qatar would underwrite all of his political efforts in return for his support.”
21. "Kwatinetz says he rejected the offer, which he viewed as bribe. In response, Kwatinetz claims, “Al-Rumaihi laughed and then stated to me that I shouldn’t be naive, that so many Washington politicians take our money, and stated ‘do you think Flynn turned down our money?’"
22. So um... there's not only FLYNN who was at the meeting and who FLIPPED, thus sang like a bird about all of the above, but there's also a direct interaction Al-Rumaihi had with Ice Cube's biz partner that is IN COURT FILINGS, showing Al-Rumaihi bragging about bribery.
23. It's not like Mueller, and consequently SDNY, only has evidence. He has DIRECT TESTIMONY from Flynn PLUS an entirely separate witness in a totally separate lawsuit letting him know Al-Rumaihi bribed Flynn (AND Cohen). See what Mueller has?
24. Safe to say that bank transactions that SDNY has from the Cohen raid corroborate the rest of this story. I'd also add safe to say Trump's involvement has been confirmed by Flynn and might be confirmed by the seized Cohen docs as well.
25. See why it matters fo flip people? See why Flynn is key? Bc at a minimum he has directly confirmed bribery. And depending on how the rest re: Rosneft went, he may have confirmed the conspiracy to lift Russia sanctions, too.
26. Flynn was the one who called Kislyak on Dec 29 re: "don't worry about those sanctions Obama just imposed, we'll lift them" so HE has been caught already. The matter is whether he can confirm that TRUMP was involved too, and by the looks of this, he can.
27. SO aaanyway, @MichaelAvenatti just brought the RECEIPTS for Cohen and Flynn corruption, complete with video evidence and court filings. Anyone who thinks Cohen and Flynn did this on their own AT TRUMP TOWER, no less, better rethink.
28. The moral of the story? Is, per Alias "Truth Takes Time" and also... don't mess with us Italians. Bc we mean business. #basta#piantatela#finitela altrimenti sono fatti vostri. (which means otherwise you will pay consequences).
29. To top it off yes, Carter Page was in Moscow on that same day (Dec. 12) so if he called in? Mueller & SDNY ALSO have SIGINT confirming.

30. So, not that Mueller needs them in this case, but "Lordy, there may also be tapes." I think we have a nicely baked treason and bribery cake here. We'll see who eats it in prison first. LOL. /END

1. Simon Kukes, a Houston-based oil executive, sent an email to a Russian official in Moscow in July 2016, boasting of his connections to Trump campaign and requesting a face-to-face meeting. The official is Vyacheslav Pavlovsky, a former Russian ambassador to Norway.
2. NBC HAS THE EMAILS. Kukes wrote to Pavlovsky" I have been actively involved in Trump's election campagn, and am part of the group on strategy deveopment. I will be in Switzerland July 20 to Aug. 2. Let me know how you are doing and whether you want to meet." Oh. OH.
3. NBC obtained emails through a London-based investigative project funded by MIkhail Khodorkovsky, a Russian opposition figure. The Dossier Center gathers information to try to expose high-level corruption in Moscow. NBC reviewed the emails in conjunction with The Guardian.
1. MANAFORT AGREED TO PLEA DEAL WITH MUELLER. Politely bear in mind, no matter what we actually SEE of this, given the evidence Mueller has, there's NO WAY Mueller entered a plea deal without meaningful cooperation. The cooperation part? Can easily be sealed.
2. This means Manafort could easily do the same as Cohen. Just plead guilty to n. counts, and we don't see any "cooperation" agreement. That doesn't mean it doesn't exist. The two can easily be separated, with the cooperation agreement sealed for obvious reasons here.
3. I absolutely don't think the news about the "joint defense agreement" is current and I also think it is being put out for a specific reason. It's clear that there's been coordinated effort to make everyone think Manafort won't "flip" . That's the easiest way to protect him.
1. Manafort is INDEED in talks with prosecutors (MEANING MUELLER bc HE is the prosecutor in this case) about a possible plea deal. BLOOP, people. BLOOP!
2. Two people familiar with the matter "cautioned that the negotiations may not result in a deal with special counsel Robert Mueller". Naturally, bc there won't be a deal unless Manafort sings like the birdiest birdie that has ever sung.
3. "But the discussions indicate a possible shift in strategy for Manafort" No kidding. When the prospect of the rest of his life in prison materialized, Manafort finally saw that oopsie, he was cornered and if he ever wanted to enjoy life again? Best to talk to Mueller, stat.
2. The details of the story are BEYOND disgusting but pay attention to this detail that former Playmate Shera Bechard cites in her LAWSUIT against Broidy: "Bechard recalled Broidy telling her that he admired Trump’s "uncanny ability to sexually abuse women and get away with it.""
3. "Among Bechard’s allegations are that Broidy refused to wear condoms and didn’t disclose to her that he had genital herpes until years after their sexual relationship, according to a court filing. "
Not even going to comment.
1. Bruce Ohr is the Justice Department lawyer who was told by Christopher Steele that Russian intelligence believed it had Trump "over a barrel". Start seeing why Trump is going after him?
2. These details pertain to a breakfast that happened on July 30, 2016. Ohr described the breakfast to CONGRESS this week in a private interview. And that's how the GOP Trump lackeys went to tell Trump, he found out and decided he can't have a witness at DoJ.
3. So if Trump so much as THINKS of touching Bruce Ohr, that is direct obstruction of justice, and his tweets already constitute witness tampering. AND everyone in Congress who was present at the interview KNOWS that. Just so you know who to hold accountable.
1. What Cohen's actually explosive knowledge of facts covers, that can make the entire house of cards crash: the hacking and the Trump Tower meeting, both of which TRUMP KNEW about and in the hacking case, an event Trump even encouraged.
2. In the case of the hacking, there's a $50,000 mysterious payment Cohen made to an undisclosed tech company to help the Trump campaign, that awfully sounds like the arrangements the Steele dossier says Cohen made to pay off Russian hackers "without it being traced".
3. Cohen's lawyer Lanny Davis specifically said on @maddow that Cohen has knowledge about the hacking that is of interest for Mueller. And the detail of the tech company payment emerged from the indictment. If the connection is accurate (and it seems like it is), this is huge.
