Here's who bought the shares: a Singapore investment vehicle👉🏼a 50/50 joint venture between #Qatar and the Swiss oil trading firm Glencore.

The whole #Rosneft deal is SHADY. Glencore put in €300 million (<3% of the total). Italian bank Intesa SanPaolo lent the Singapore shell co €5.2 billion & #Qatar put in €2.5 billion.

Sources of funding for ~25% of the purchase price have NOT been disclosed‼️ 6/

In addition, public records show the ownership structure of the #Rosneft shares also includes a Cayman Islands shell co whose true owners are UNKNOWN.🤨

So we still don't know WHO is the real buyer of 19.5% of #Rosneft, and WHO ultimately got the shares.🙄 7/

The **only** reason why Michael Cohen would have attended a meeting w/QIA's al-Rumaihi is that Cohen was representing Trump Org and/or @realDonaldTrump at the meeting‼️

Yet Misha Flynn from the **campaign** also was there.🤨
