Mueller was appointed by Rod Rosenstein, after Rosenstein wrote a letter to Trump recommending Comey be fired. Why does that matter though? *Here's why: Lisa Barsoomian, Rosenstein's wife, has represented Trump's political opponents multiple times.

In my professional opinion, Mueller is tying up loose ends for HRC. Allow me to explain. Each Russian oligarch that has been brought into Mueller's scope, either have or have had significant ties to the Clintons, et al.
I.e., The center of this particular piece of controversy: Viktor Vekselberg. Here's the op: Mueller finds mutual ties between damning Clinton connections, & Trump associates. In this case, he seeks to impose the connection of Vekselberg & Clinton onto Michael Cohen (DTs lawyer)
