If the Scartozzi's intended to abandon their legally desribed easement in order to ingress and egress their seasonal property, via Gerald Clark's "Private Driveway" they needed to do so in a cpurt of law with all effected parties participation. Including me whose property
serves their easement. Especially since the Clark's tried to steal, via legal abuse via their crooked atty Richard Sellman, myndads portion of the easement in 2010 and lost. If a private driveway is more appealing to the Scartozzi's I recommend they put in their own as the
increased wear and tear on my property is quite noticeable and the Clarks comining in on it is considered criminal trespass. ...again one of those things that really serves no legitamate purpose. The bottom line is they've used Clark's private driveway since it was created 2007.
When their legally desribed easement is exactly the same as mine and granted their father in the 1970's. In order to legally abandon it, it needed to be done so in a court of law, with my/our when my father was living, involvement. The increase traffick is derogatively impacting
me, my pets and my property. Put your own private driveway in at your property line. Problem solved!
The bogus case brought in 2010 was dismissed in my and my fathers favor for which the original easement holder Charlotte Koski is fully aware. These are not law abiding people. They are parasites colluding and conspiring with the other parasites... Period!
but no worries. I gotta feeling they're gonna be abandoning this portion of their easement my property serves in the near future, when they go to prison and their property seized by @USTreasury @JeffSessions
it's also about upkeep of the easement, the granted users responsibilty. But whatever. It's moot, your out of here very soon...
The only purpose it serves is to piss me off (alarm me per stalking harassment law) considering theynare parties to the Organized White Collar Criminal syndicate trafficking children and defrauding other area victims in addition to me our right to property. Ironic Sellman was
also involved in the initial transfer of ownership 2006, after they medically murdered Roy Koski, 2005 at Fairview Range where the Clark's other atty., Andy Borland is a board member, for which the same ppl also killed my father
