These were districts which had 100's of tankers supplying water under UPA's 15 years....

Same type of programs are now being implemented in Rajasthan, MP and UP (which I know of), and possibly other states also
Next time, when u get an opportunity to exercise your right (&duty) to vote, do remember this simple fact.... Govt's that work, need to be elected, above everything else
