The problem with TNC is that they're a FOREIGN company, and Nairobians are 'buying' water from them. 2. #TNC, can sell the land anytime they wish to, to a 3rd party which may or may not value the land as 'Riparian' - worse, they have done this before in Brazil & Australia.
