It is well known by the US Military that radio and audio signals can be transmitted into the skull via SKULL VIBRATIONS accomplished through BONE CONDUCTION. In other words, Voice to Skull via bones & sneaky bone conduction interfaces--BCIs/transducers. #stealthDevices
The fact that this research is being publicized now suggests that US Army may now be whitewashing Black Ops/Covert Ops research reported by many as V2K and Synthetic Telepathy abuse. Note that this is supposedly to support stealth BC transducers for "Warfighters" in threat situs.
