2/ After all, Q not only shows in the most recent "emergency action" order related to "cyber-enabled activities," this emblematic Q currently shows on ANY document from the current White House archive. To test if this is deliberate, let's use the "WayBack Machine."
3/ Using archive.org's database of web pages, I was able to conclusively determine that the "Q" that now shows when printing White House documents ONLY STARTED SHOWING on March 27. Prior to that, there was no Q. It was added that night (after 3/26 8:17 PM EST).
