Trump is a lying, selfish, corrupt a$$ who committed collusion to win the election. It may make me feel better to write that. It may make you feel better to read it. We may get some followers out of it. BUT THAT'S NOT RESISTING. #FridayFeeling THREAD 1

Living under the Trump admin is frustrating. There's bad news every day, and he acts like a jerk on an ongoing basis. We're human & we need to vent. But PLEASE do more than vent. Snarky comments alone won't accomplish ANYTHING. 2

One of the best things you can do to fight Trump is call your Members of Congress (MoCs). It's not glamorous or sexy, but it's one of the most important things registered voters can do. The deluge of phone calls is what helped to kill previous ACA repeal bills. 3 #CallYourReps

There are several great organizations and tools that make it easy for people to take action to fight the Trump admin's agenda. The @TheLoyalO puts out a Call to Action (CTA) daily, along with talking points and their Rep Finder. 4 #cta #PuertoRico

If you're like me and you can't call from work, take 5 minutes and send an email using democracy.io/#!/. By law, emails have to be counted. Faxes don't, so calls and emails are best. You can use #TheLoyalO's talking points for emails too! 5

There is also 5calls.org, which also has native mobile apps for Android and iPhone. They make it so easy - enter your address, pick a topic, and use the app to call your MoCs. At the end of the week the capo gives you a score. 6

Other sources for ctas: @sgrogantc, @inspiredjen, @DemWrite, @1IronMan2017. @sumoh7 co-founded @DemsWork4USA, which promotes Dem candidates. @CaptainsLog2017 regularly twinterview candidates each week. 7

You can help blue candidates in other states by supporting Thunderclaps, writing postcards to remind people to vote in special elections and phone banking. If you can, donate to their campaigns. Help promote their interviews and town halls. 8 #BlueWave

You can also join your local Indivisible group and attend town halls held by your MoCs. Find local events. Attend peaceful protests and rallies. indivisible.org/act-locally/ 9. #DoSomething #Indivisible #Resist

Make sure your freinds and family are registered to vote, know where to vote, and know where to get reliable information to stay informed. usa.gov/register-to-vo… 10
