(1) The Left's politics of envy. They envy our happiness, love and hope. They envy our resources while ignoring the sacrifices we made and feeling entitled to unearned resources. They even envy our quiet charitable giving, which renders their social programs moot.
(2) They envy what they call "privilege" while ignoring their own and practicing rank hypocrisy about the truly marginalized. They envy the electoral success we earned fair and square.
(3) They envy our bravery, attacking servicemen & women and veterans whenever it suits their political purpose. They ignore the military's needs and are ungrateful for the freedom won with blood, sweat and tears.
(4) They envy our capability, knowledge, skills and experience, to the point of damaging their own electoral chances with constant put-downs and unwarranted snark.
(5) They envy our parenting. Often lacking warm, healthy family relationships themselves, they denigrate our experience-based belief in the primacy and privacy of the family, seeking to supplant what works with what doesn't. A village isn't needed to raise a child.
(6) They envy our common sense. The only way to be sure you can defend yourself in most situations is to be properly armed and trained. They have an irrational fear of guns and presumptively assume that should take precedence above all else.
(7) They envy our self esteem. They don't understand how to have self esteem, or how it is linked to freedom for self and others. They don't understand the Age of Enlightenment, the Founding Fathers, or the genius of the US Constitution. They don't want to learn about it.
(8) They envy our maturity. We didn't riot in the streets or spend over a year complaining when we lost elections in 2008 and 2012. We accepted reality and set about working to win next time.
(9) They envy our sense of humor. They envy us for having more fun than they do. They certainly cannot meme. And they seldom understand good comedy or can replicate it. They lack nuance and often cannot take a joke.
(10) I wrote this thread to express my increasing realization about the true nature of our opponents. They have increased the level of screeching & tantrums lately. I find it helps to step back & reflect.
They'll get the shock of their lives on #HorowitzDay.
