Liberal Tour staffer @AshleyCsanady posts a video ad from "Women for Wynne". Which is odd, because the party shouldn't be promoting legitimate third parties, as that may constitute prohibited collusion under the Election Finances Act. #ONpoli #ONelxn

Then @AshleyCsanady responds saying that the ad "isn't from the party". Which is fine for the Liberals, but then would be a problem for Women for Wynne because it isn't registered as a third party with @ElectionsON despite appearing to spend $500.00 in ads. #ONpoli #ONelxn

But then it appeared that @OntLiberal candidates were promoting Women for Wynne. A video posted to Misssauga Centre candidate @BobbieDaid's Instagram showed a group chanting "Women for Wynne" at her campaign office. She also promoted it on Twitter & Instagram #ONpoli #ONelxn

Oh, and then Whitby @OntLiberal candidate @LeisaforWhitby also promoted Women for Wynne on Twitter and appeared to be coordinating canvassing with the group. #onpoli #ONelxn

And it looks like @OntLiberal MPP @DipikaDamerla was in on it too! #ONpoli #ONelxn

In the ad which @AshleyCsanady posted, it doesn't identify that it is Liberal-supported. This violates s. 22(5) of the Election Finances Act. #onpoli #onelxn

And the @OntLiberal Party, along with candidates @BobbieDaid, @LeisaforWhitby, & @DipikaDamerla all likely violated 37.10.1(3) of the Election Finances Act which prohibits collusion between third parties and candidates. #ONpoli #ONelxn

Liberal staffer @AshleyCsanady implied on Twitter that Women for Wynne was some random pro-Wynne third party. But she was at the group's organising meeting with Liberal MPP @CMartinsForMPP on April 28 (when she was still in the Premier's Office)!!! #ONpoli #ONelxn

Memberships for the @OntLiberal Party were even sold at the Women for Wynne meeting which @CMartinsForMPP & @AshleyCsanady attended! #ONpoli #ONelxn

It gets even better! Then-Premier's Office speechwriter @AshleyCsanady on April 8 shared some of Women for Wynne's third party political ads to the @OntLiberal Social Media Team. #ONpoli #ONelxn

Oh, look! The @OntLiberal Women's Commission is in on this too! #ONpoli #onelxn

To summarise. Women for Wynne is either an unregistered third party or it's just the @OntLiberal Party. Regardless, the party, the group, Liberals @BobbieDaid @LeisaforWhitby @DipikaDamerla & @Kathleen_Wynne have all likely breached the Election Finances Act. #ONpoli #ONelxn

So while 38 registered 3rd parties, and most candidates & parties diligently obey an overbearing, onerous, & restrictive law, @Kathleen_Wynne & the Liberal Party OPENLY FLOUT THE LAW THEY ENACTED. How's that for electoral fairness? #onpoli #ONelxn #RulesAreForChumps @ElectionsON
