According to the article, Cemex agreed to sell off a couple of properties as ordered by the DOJ for the purchase of Rinker. They were to sell their property at Valencia Rd, Tucson AZ in March of 2008.

They made it look good....

But alas the deal did not go thru for the property, business yes, property remained in their name. With a slight name change...

The property was subdivided into 3 separate parcels. 790 Quick Trip leases from Cemex. 800 Which is leased to Pioneer Landscaping, owned by Cemex, parcel 810, the 91 acre, abandoned concrete plant that still bears Staker Parsons Valencia Plant that is used for child trafficking.

Cemex pays the taxes on all 3 parcels every year. Even though the 91 acres are abandoned. Property is not for sale and to what I could find it’s never been offered on the market.

The parcels or as the plot plan refers to them as blocks. Block 1 (parcel 0790) is leased to Quick Trip, block 2 (parcel 0800) is leased to Pioneer Landscaping, which from aerial photos shows they are using more than block 2 and there’s block 3(parcel 0810)

To give you a layout of the property and to show how heavily populated the surrounding areas are. It is a secluded, deserted island in an ocean of residential neighborhoods. IMO, it’s a convenient hideout that’s easily accessible to both children and 2 major highways.

Additionally, Staker Parsons is a subsidiary of Oldcastle Materials Inc, based in Atlanta GA. Oldcastle is a subsidiary of CRH plc which are based out of Dublin Ireland. Here’s a rather yuuge list of CRH’s subsidiaries.

I was fishing for any relationship to crime and even drug/human trafficking cartels. Grupo Argos, which is based in Columbia is a large competitor in the concrete market. Argos Ready Mix USA based in Georgia, funny so is Oldcastle. They compete regularly with Cemex and CRH...

Plus #CEMEX owns 2 huge “Wildlife Preserves” that cover hundreds of square miles each and both are in MX and border with TX

How convenient if you have any type of illicit activity.

In fact Sierra del Carmen Preserve lines up with with one of the hot spots that ICE is prohibited from patrolling. Right on the higher dip of TX, Native American Indian land, go figure? MX/US borderthat is totally unmonitored...
