If there was a conspiracy to plant or manufacture evidence in order to open an investigation, then the basis of the investigation is illegal. So what you’re saying is even though the basis of this investigation is illegal, it should still continue?

What exactly is so horrifying about these accomplishments?

tucson.com/business/utah-… According to the article, Cemex agreed to sell off a couple of properties as ordered by the DOJ for the purchase of Rinker. They were to sell their property at Valencia Rd, Tucson AZ in March of 2008.
