10 Ways To Focus Your Attention


1.) Positive Self Talk

That little voice inside your head is often your biggest critic and bully.

Changing your self talk to "have your back" will keep you on track and focused.

Own it and make it your little bitch when it gets naggy and negative.
2.) Focused Breathing

I bet no one has taught you "how to breath" - yet we do it everyday.

You can go weeks without food, days without water, but only MINUTES without breathing.

Mastering deep breaths down in your belly.

Try this out:
3.) Intermittent Fasting

My favorite 2 ways of doing IF are:

-Daily by fasting up until 1-2PM and eating your last meal before 8PM

-Fast 1 day (24 hour window) per week

IF keeps the blood in your brain and out of your digestive system.
4.) Drinking Water

Like breathing, drinking water gives you more energy throughout the day.

Forget the energy drinks and drinks with sugar.

Pro-tip: Drink water with himalayan salt instead of plain water. Will keep you hydrated more than just water.

5.) Goal Affirmations

Speak your Truth into existence.

Write 5-10 short/medium term goals and speak them into existence everyday.

Pro-tip: Speak them with passion and emotion like you really fucking mean it!
6.) Thought Loops

Similar to Positive Self Talk - these are short phrases you repeat over and over in your mind.

Think 10 sets of 10 reps.

A great one I use:

"I Love Myself"

You'll instantly feel a boost of energy and it will keep you from thinking about BS distractions.
7.) Daily Walks

This takes discipline but going for a 10-60 minute walk daily will clear your mind and give you a fresh perspective.

"Objects In Motion Tend To Stay In Motion"

8.) Enjoy The Silence

Too many videos, music, and podcast options clog our waking hours.

Put some ear plugs in and enjoy your own thoughts.

Silence is golden and will help keep you on your mission.
9.) Binaural Beats

Go to YouTube, search for "Binaural Beats" and add:

-focus / creativity



Each #binauralbeat has different wavelengths depending on purpose.

Find one that works for you, download it, and listen with headphones when working.
10.) Deep Sleep

Turn your damn smartphone off and GO TO SLEEP!

But make sure you have:

-cold temperature
-comfortable bed, pillow and sheets
-quiet surroundings
-dark room

Sleep is when our bodies rebuild and gives us energy for the next day.
