वेदा - vedas, त्रैगुण्यविषया: - Proclaims good for people with triguna (sattva, rajas, tamas), अर्जुन - Arjuna, निस्त्रैगुण्य: भव: - Stay unpolluted from triguna, निर्द्वन्द्व: - bereft of joy-sorrow duality arising out of tamo/rajo guna resulting win/defeat, profit/loss etc..,
नित्यसत्त्व: - obtain ever increasing sattva guna daily, निर्योगक्षेम - stay away from worldly benefits of samsara, आत्मवान् भव - Always seek & aim to realize Atma

Vedas proclaim benefit for people who are normally filled with Triguna-s. Usually one of these guna-s is in excess in each of us. People with rajas-tamas guna expect samsara-phalas from the sacrifices specified in vedas. They are not intent on obtaining moksha
Now question arises as to why vedas should prescribe such rites that let us get caught in nashya-phalas (destroyable).
A small comparison of mother & child here will help. A child asks for his favorite food. Mother refuses. One child may adjust while another may not..
If mother denies the child's request constantly, it may eventually end up stealing, attacking & even injuring neighbours or strangers.
The same is the case with vedas. It prescribes a variety of sacrifices for obtaining variety of phala-s. Each man to his needs!
Krishna then advises Arjuna to stay unpolluted from the triguna dosha-s as well as the duality of joy/sorrow arising out of tamo/rajo guna-s due to resulting win/defeat, profit/loss etc..
He instructs Arjuna to obtain ever increasing sattva guna & always aim to seek/realize Atma
A thirsty man sees a huge lake brimming with water. Can he drink all of it? He only takes as much as he feels.
Similarly, the vedas are an ocean. A mumukshu (person seeking moksha) should only seek a small part of it which help him in realization of Atma

Vedas have triguna-s as their subject matter. Arjuna, you be devoid of triguna-s & dvandva-s (twin pairs as told above). Always be filled with sattva without any attachment to yogakshema (worldly benefits)

Arjuna, the outcome of vedas are filled with triguna (svarga etc..) They are temporary. You should not seek it but instead be fixated upon moksha & realizing Bhagavat Svarupa. Always mediate on Paramatma acknowledging that He is different from you & He's your Master

There lived a brahmana by name Devasharma in the south. He lived an ideal life following his household duties (tretagni upasana, bhagavad aradhana, helping atithi etc..). He also performed many yajna-s with utmost shraddha
Even after leading an ideal life, his mind was at great unease. He was very disturbed & wanted a solution to it
He went to a nearby forest where tapasvi-s were meditating. He did all kind of sushrusha (service) to them & finally one managed to tell his problem to one of them
That rishi suggested him to meet a cow-herder by name Mitravan in a place called Punya near Godavari Banks.
Devasharma met him at a grazing land in Punya-nagari. His face was absolutely shining & radiating with great calm.
