motives were simple. GOPe leadership were being challenged by Tea Party primary candidates. Power was being confronted. Professional republican party was in full alignment

In October '15 DOJ announced it was DROPPING investigation in2 IRS, Lerner, and UNLAWFUL SHARING of TAXPAYER DATA in IRS targeting investigation surrounding True The Vote et al.

As a direct consequence of DOJ decision, congressional inquiry into IRS

However, if you draw a line from original intent of the entire enterprise, post-2010 mid-term “shellacking”/”secret research project“, forward to 2016 election cycle an interested observer might still be left asking:

...when you boil it down here’s essential components are no longer suspicion or supposition, but factually provable:

As a result of a trillion $ stimulus filled w/scheme/graft; as a result of Obamacare being similarly schemed

14) in backroom deals/late night votes; Obama was “shellacked” in Nov 2010 election.

WH didn’t see defeat as flawed policy issue; rather as entrenched ideologues they are, they saw the SCOTUS case “citizens united” as principle tool used by the WH opponents to organize/fund

15) political movements, ie. tea party.

Obama Team response to 2010 Shellacking was use DOJ (AG Holder) to WEAPONIZE IRS/go after groups-like Tea Party Grps- organized under financial umbrella of 501(c)(4) donation structuring.

Yrs later, when scheme discovered – WH denied

17) able to continue hiding info. Holder constructed team of DOJ lawyers to isolate, hide/manipulate trail of evidence w/in DOJ.
