2/ ICYMI: Former Trump Kentucky campaign chair, Tim Nolan, donned full Ku Klux Klan regalia while trying to recruit people to join the Klan. He was sentenced to 20 years for human trafficking. Nolan extorted sex from women, some of them underage, with heroin and threats of arrest

3/ Trumpist Texas Republican Rep. Blake Farenthold used taxpayer money to pay a settlement to a former aide who accused him of sexual harassment and other improper conduct.

Only licensed sellers have to run a background check. Per federal law, private sellers do not. Only 9 states and DC require background checks on private sales of all types of guns. #GunReformNow #MarchForOurLives

2/ No law can stop all crime. What laws do (like laws against running red lights) is give law enforcement a way to enforce and prosecute.

Here are a few ideas to improve safety and gun laws.
