3.) @MarkLevin embraced an argument made by law professor Steven Calabresi, a friend & former colleague of Levin’s from the Reagan @TheJusticeDept, that the appointment of #SpecialCounsel Robert Mueller was unconstitutional.

5.) The argument in this case was directly made that Administrative Law Judges were 'inferior officers' not 'Principle Officers' as required in the Appointments Clause of the United States Constitution!

6.) These Administrative Law Judges were appointed in the same way and are essentially hired through the @USOPM as employees of the government.

7.) At issue Lucia vs. SEC was whether the Administrative Law Judges 'ALJ's' were “officers” under the Constitution and therefore must be political appointees and not civil servants who are merely hired by the agency.

9.)Is it a coincidence that @realDonaldTrump sided in favor of Lucia in this case against the SEC??
It seems to me it helps his Admin not only Appoint more judges & control more of the Executive Branch of govt as well as having a leg up on Robert Mueller!
