Unless they found a MAJOR intel breach as part if MYE in Sept 2015... why else would they have any reason to brief Clapper?

I cannot think of any — can you?

This is just my educated ‘long-shot’ guess, but:

** We lost a lot of technology to china

** We lost intel assets to China, including via hits

When you read from the beginning of Strzok texts... you’d swear China was ‘Russia’!

China comes up quite a bit.
