Joyce Vance, a former federal prosecutor, says that there is a good chance that Robert Mueller will name President Trump an unindicted co-conspirator in the Russia investigation. That makes sense as it is unclear whether you can indicte a sitting President msnbc.com/the-last-word/…
In my own legal opinion you cannot indicte a sitting President. The President must first be removed from office. There is a split in the legal community about this. But to put it simply a president cannot perform his constitutionally mandated responsibilities if he is beholden
..to the judiciary, i.e. a President who is subject to criminal charges would be unable to fulfill his duties say negotiating with a foreign leader at an international summit if he is convicted and imprisoned or put on probation.
Indicting a sitting President would give the judiciary, in my opinion, impermissable authority over the executive branch, violating the one of the primary directives of the US Constitution, separation of powers. Congress must first remove President from office. So #RegisterToVote

"If you don't like me working with President Trump to make the world a better place, I don't give a shit."
Lindsey Graham has done gone lost his mind. History will not be kind to him.
"I have argued to you that when you found that a judge was a perjurer, you couldn’t in good conscience send him back in a courtroom because everybody that came in that courtroom thereafter would have a real serious doubt."
— @LindseyGrahamSC (January 1999)
Lindsey Graham (2018): "He's not Bill Cosby, he's had power over women in the workplace...If you went to a party once where people are being drugged and gang-raped, you wouldn't go to the next nine."
The classic "he's not Bill Cosby" defense. #Kavanaugh
Irreparable damage has been done to immigrant children at the hands of our government. It's been 66 days since the Trump admin failed to adhere to a court's deadline to reunite children and parents. Many of these kids/parents will NEVER be reunited.
"In shelters from Kansas to NY, hundreds of migrant children have been roused in the middle of the night in recent weeks and loaded onto buses with backpacks and snacks for a cross-country journey to their new home: a barren tent city...in West Texas" esquire.com/news-politics/…
Brett Kavanaugh's opening statement makes him seem overtly political. Not a good look for a Judge hoping to be a Supreme Court Justice. #KavanaughHearings
HOLY SHIT!!! Did Brett Kavanaugh really just say this is a political hit by the Clintons?!! Really?! The GOP playbook is so predictable, and getting old, when in doubt blame the email lady. #KavanaughHearings
I cant even pay attention to the rest of Brett Kavanaugh's opening statement I am still dumbfounded that Kavanaugh really just said that this is a plot by the Clintons. How, why, what? How could HRC have orchestrated this? Its just utterly ridiculous. #KavanaughHearings
BREAKING: Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein denies a NYT report that he suggested last year he secretly record Trump to expose chaos in the administration. According to the Times Rosenstein also floated the idea of trying to remove Trump through the 25th Amendment. apnews.com/e84a4acdb42641…
Rod Rosenstein should know better than to joke about something like the 25th Amendment. Especially in the era of Trump.
